Here you’ll find the answers to some of the most common questions asked by Otway Fly Treetop Adventure visitors.
Note: We are open everyday 10am - 5pm (last entry 3:30pm) during school holidays
Otway Fly Treetop Adventures is not open on Christmas Day.
We recommend that you allow for at least an hour for the Treetop Walk and 2.5 hours for the Zipline Tour.
Please note that it is advised for visitors booked into an afternoon Zipline Tour to arrive 1.5 hours before the start of the tour to have enough time to enjoy the Treetop Walk. This is particularly important during the winter months due to limited daylight.
The Treetop Walk and Zipline Tour both operate in most weather conditions – rain, hail or shine! For the safety of visitors, the attraction will close in severe weather conditions such as lightning storms, extremely high winds and government declared catastrophic bushfire weather warning days.
In these cases, pre-booked visitors will be offered an alternate return date and for Zipline Tours, an alternative tour date and time.
It is recommended that you print your tickets to bring and show upon arrival. If you are unable to print your tickets, please take a screen shot of your ticket on your phone as there is limited reception available.
