Please note that visitors with disability are encouraged to follow signage and retrace the Treetop Walk to avoid the stairs. If you’d like further clarification – just email us at admin@otwayfly.com.au.
A courtesy cart is available for our guests with mobility issues. The service is available upon request to and from the start of the Treetop Walk Structure by asking our ticket staff to organise this. Please be aware that this may be a case-by-case basis so if you have any questions, please reach out to us at admin@otwayfly.com.au.
An accessible car parking facility located roughly 50 metres from the visitors centre allows for a shorter journey to the visitors centre.

We strongly support recycling and use all Biopak products for our food packaging. We sort all our cardboard for recycling and separate all soft plastics to go to Redcycle via our local supermarket. We are currently looking at food scrap solutions for composting and PET recycling.
We strictly do not allow BYO food, picnics or alcohol onto the premises.

We also reserve the right to require evidence relating to your assistance animal or its training in accordance with section 54A(5) of the Act. To facilitate your ease of entry with an assistance animal, we strongly recommended you contact us at least 2 days prior to your visit so that we can discuss any arrangements or assistance that you may need from us.
Ourselves & the local police check the carpark regularly for unattended animals.
Environmentally friendly
We do our absolute utmost to ensure that we do our best for our environment. All water utilised throughout the visitor centre is collected on site and we feed our plant life with grey water coming out of the visitor centre. Our waste is separated and recycled where possible.
